About Us
I do most of carpentry repair & remodeling as
well as painting. My minimum size of job is $250. I carry $1 mil. general Liability
Insurance, but I don't have Workman's Compensation & Bond due to high premium.
If you have any questions for your project, please
send me mail with some brief information, size, finish (stain or painting),
specification you want and your name & area of your house. My working area
is limited due to the distance.

Custom Built-in: It is very expensive because of time consuming.
The prices at stores are less than the cost of material and they are good quality.
Nowadays carpenters can not compete furniture makers. They use very expensive
high tech wood machineries for mas production with quality. Their standard for
quality & finish is much higher than carpenters. If you have to have
custom built, please let me know. It costs from $250 to 500 up per linear ft.
depending on your specs.
Sheetrock Repair: It takes lots
of time to fix the wall & ceiling. Even though it is very small hole or
hair crack, it can not be done in a day due to drying time of each procedure.
Also it is very hard to match the texture on your wall. Procedure is 1) sheetorcking
or taping, 2) bedding/floating, 3) 2nd bedding after 1st coat dry, 4) light
sanding, 5) texture, 6) texture, 7) prime & 2 costs of painting. Please
save old paint for touch up. If there is no original paint, they don't match
the color perfectly with sample of wall. Minimum charge for sheetrock repair
is $250 up depending on your house.
